Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for School Education for respondents. 2.

Petitioner has a grievance regarding non-payment of General Provident Fund (G.P.F.) part final amount of Rs.70,000/- though it was sanctioned in September 2013. After the retirement of petitioner from service, he made representation on 19.03.2019, to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nalgonda, requesting him to release the amount already sanctioned to him, in the year 2013. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this Writ Petition is filed.

Having regard to the fact that a representation was already filed, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Chief Executive Officer -2nd respondent to examine the claim of petitioner as ventilated in his representation dated 19.03.2019 and pass orders by assigning due reasons in support of the same, and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If petitioner is entitled for payment of the amount, the same shall be released, within the time stipulated above.
