This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent in not considering the application filed by the demarcation of Survey No.6 and its sub division 6/A of the petitioner's agricultural land admeasuring Acs.4-24 guntas since 2011 situated at Vattinagulapally Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, R.R.District as illegal and arbitrary. Both counsel states that lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 28-04-2016 in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of said order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
