This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to relax the condition of furnishing a bond for Rs.5,00,000/- towards security to the satisfaction of SHO, Excise Station, Ameerpet, for release of the vehicle as imposed in Crl.M.P.No.52 of 2019 in Cr.No.169 of 2018 of Excise Station, Ameerpet.

Nothing has been shown as to why the first condition imposed by the Court below in the order, dated 17.05.2019 has to be relaxed. There are no grounds to relax the condition.
