THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Contempt Case No.981 of 2016 Dated 05th August, 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 13.04.2016, in W.P.No.11658 of 2016.
At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Services I (AP) placed before the Court copies of the proceedings in Cr.No.6960/2014/CPE/C3, dated 22.06.2016, of respondent No.3, and Rc.No.A/572/2008, dated 20.07.2016, of respondent No.1, preparing final seniority list of APSP Constables absorbed as Prohibition & Excise Constables in Chittoor revenue District.
Sri P.V.Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner, while admitting that with the issue of the aforementioned two proceedings, the order, dated 05.10.2015, in O.A.No.8801 of 2013 and the order, dated 13.04.2016, in W.P.No.11658 of 2016, stood complied with, he has, however, submitted that as his client is not satisfied with the aforementioned orders, he may be permitted to avail appropriate legal remedies for questioning the same. In the light of the above facts and the submissions of the learned counsel, the contempt case is closed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedies if he feels aggrieved by the aforementioned two proceedings of respondent Nos.1 and 3 and also order, dated 05.10.2015, in O.A.No.8801 of 2013.
