This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in opening a rowdy sheet against the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Home produced before this Court a copy of the order of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, South Zone, Hyderabad, dated 31.12.2014, closing the rowdy sheet against the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.

4, The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
