HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5880 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard and perused the material on record.

The impugned order no way requires interference, but for any remedy left open as claimed, if at all to sought for appointment of receiver or like to decide on own merits. It is needless to say the trial Court shall give preference among other preferable matters for early disposal of the suit, preferably, within four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
