HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1537 of 2015 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/A.2 and A.3 under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'the Cr.P.C.') to quash the proceedings in Crime No.307 of 2014 of Mailardevpally Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 420, 468 and 471 read with 34 IPC. 2.

Learned Public Prosecutor represented that as there is no stay, the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed on 13.02.2016 and the same is registered as C.C.No.316 of 2016. 3.

In view of the same, there is nothing to be adjudicated by this Court in the present criminal petition. Consequently, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
