THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.34140 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation of the petitioners, dated 14-09-2016 as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Co-operation. 3.

A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioners are the owners of the premises bearing No.4-1-825/B, Lakshmi Estate, J.N. Road, Abids, Hyderabad. The petitioners let out the premises in favour of respondents 4 and 5 for a period of 24 months on a monthly rent of Rs.33,009/-. It is the case of the petitioners that the respondents 4 and 5 vacated the premises on 11-10-2016. It is the further case of the petitioners that the respondents have not paid the rent amount to the petitioners. The petitioners submitted a representation to the respondents on 14-09-2016.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought for by the learned counsel for petitioners is to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioners, dated 14-09-2016 as early as possible. Learned Government Pleader for Co-operation also consented for the same. 5.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also submissions made by both counsel, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 14-09-2016 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
