This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the terminal benefits to the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. Sri Srikanth Kaveti, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the respondents have released the terminal benefits of the petitioner and therefore, the cause in this writ petition does not survive. Recording the above submission, made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
