HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.20285 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.2 in considering the representations of the petitioners dated 08.02.2019 and 27.8.2019 to demarcate their plot bearing No.30, Type A, insite II of Film Nagar Co-Operative Housing Society Limited, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary.

Sri L.Venkateswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation, would submit that the representations of the petitioners will be considered in accordance with law. Since the relief sought by the petitioners is innocuous in nature, recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Corporation to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations dated 08.02.2019 and 27.8.2019 of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
