Heard Sri Ganta Ramakrishna, advocate, representing Sri V. Hari Haran, learned counsel for the petitioner on record, would submit that in view of the Government Order the appeals pending before the Special Judge for Land Grabbing Cases stood transferred to this Court, and, therefore, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition becomes infructuous.

Learned counsel for the respondents also expressed the same view.

Hence, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
