This Second Appeal is filed, by the plaintiff, under Section 100 of C.P.C., assailing the judgment and decree dated 25.04.2000 passed in A.S.No.10 of 1992 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the letter addressed by him to the appellant was returned with an endorsement unserved.

It appears that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the appeal.
