THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.3788 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed seeking a direction to respondent No.1 to show in the annual finance report of the year 2004-05 the amount that is required to be satisfied in respect of the decrees obtained by the members of the society and all ryots against the State Government as the sums due to them under the Land Acquisition proceedings.

This writ petition was filed in the year 2004 in the name of one Alle Tirupal Reddy by the then counsel Sri E.Ayyapu Reddy, who is no more. Today when the case is listed in the name of another advocate on record Sri B.Nagi Reddy, none appears for the petitioner. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
