This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To issue a writ, order of direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not accepting the 1st year BDS examination fee from the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and contrary to Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to accept the 1st year BDS examination fee from the petitioner and permit her to write the 1st year BDS examination to be held during the month of July, 2015 and permit her to prosecute the BDS course duly accepting the fee payable by the petitioner yearly as per the Government Instructions."
It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent that the petitioner attended the BDS examination and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. In view of the representation of the learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
