This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.120 of 2016 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Nirmal, Adilabad District, registered against the petitioner/A.3 for the offences punishable under Sections 270, 273 r/w. Section 34 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the issue involved in this criminal petition is squarely covered by the order dated 27.08.2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

In view of the above submission, this Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 27.08.2018 passed in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order dated 27.08.2018 passed in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch to this order.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
