This appeal is filed, under Section 100 CPC, assailing the judgment and decree dated 18.01.2000 in A.S.No.34 of 1997 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge Court, Srikakulam. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant reported no instructions. It appears that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the second appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
