HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.147, 148 & 194 of COMMON ORDER :

These three petitions are filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C by the respective petitioners to withdraw C.C. No.562 of 2012, D.V.C. No.14 of 2012 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Huzurnagar, Nalgonda District and to transfer all the three cases to the file of Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Khammam and to withdraw M.C. No.193 of 2012 pending on the file of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and to transfer the same to the file of Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District & Sessions Judge, Khammam.

2) Heard the learned counsel for the respective petitioners and the respondents in all the cases. Both parties requested the Court to transfer as prayed supra.

3) Having regard to the request made by both the parties, C.C. No.562 of 2012 and D.V.C. No.14 of 2012 are withdrawn from the file of Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Huzurnagar, Nalgonda and transferred the same to the file of Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Khammam and M.C.No.193 of 2012 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and transferred the same to the file of Family Court-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Khammam.
