No. 12608 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the perused the material placed on record, we find no ground to entertain this writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, however liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the trial Court as per the provisions that may be available under law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
