Thereafter on 08.07.2022 learned counsel for the petitioner in Crl.Petition No.5680 of 2022 moved lunch motion and this Court allowed the said Crl.Petition granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners/Accused Nos.5 to 12.

Again today i.e. on 28.07.2022 both the criminal petitions are listed under the caption 'for being mentioned', for clarification.

Heard both the counsel appearing for the petitioners in both the criminal petitions.

In view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.Petition No.5680 of 2022 on 08.07.2022, learned counsel for the petitioner in Crl.Petition No.5402 of 2022 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the same.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this Crl.Petition No.5402 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.
