This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, challenging the docket order, dated 03.09.2019, passed in O.S.S.R.No.7403 of 2019, by the VII Junior Civil Judge FAC II Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, whereby, the plaint was returned directing the petitioner/ plaintiff to file the market value certificate of the suit schedule property and to pay the Court fee under Section 24(b) of the Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1956, failing which the plaint shall be rejected under Order VII Rule 11(b) of CPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff and perused the record.

Having argued for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff would submit that the petitioner/ plaintiff is ready to pay the Court fee, as ordered by the Court below and represent the suit for registering the same.

Under these circumstances, the petitioner/ plaintiff is granted thirty (30) days time from today to pay the Court fee, as ordered by the Court below. On such payment and resubmission of the plaint, the Court below is directed to register the suit and deal with it in accordance with law.

With the above observation/ direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
