Vide order dated 16.08.2018, the appeal was referred to Lok Adalat. On 08.09.2018, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat and an Award was passed by the Lok Adalat. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award dated 08.09.2018 passed by the Lok Adalat. The aforesaid Award shall form part of the record. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this second appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
