I.A.No.1 of 2020 is filed by the petitioner/ wife to permit her to withdraw the present transfer petition. 2.

Sri M.Murali Krishna, Advocate representing Sri Kowturu Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner/ wife, would submit that O.P.No.95 of 2018 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Huzurnagar, Suryapet District, seeking transfer of which the present transfer petition is filed, was compromised by both parties on 14.12.2019 and therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present transfer petition. 2.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded and I.A.No.1 of 2020 is ordered as prayed for. Consequently, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
