THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1347 OF 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner filed this Criminal Revision Case by invoking the provisions under Sections 397 and 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code being aggrieved by the order dated 07-07-2015 passed in Crl.M.P. No.133 of 2015 in Criminal Appeal No.541 of 2015 by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, R.R.District.

Heard.

While passing the impugned order suspending the sentence, the lower appellate court directed the petitioner to furnish third party security for an amount of Rs.40 lakhs, which is directed to be paid as compensation. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of with the following directions :

The impugned order to the extent of directing the petitioner to furnish third party security for the amount of Rs.40 lakhs is hereby set aside. The rest of the order is not interfered with.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
