Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri B. Mayur Reddy, for respondents.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition contending that a representation dt.21.12.2016 submitted by petitioner seeking a proportion of the death and retrial benefits payable to her as adjudicated vide order dt.24.09.2016 in O.P.No.37 of 2013 by the Agent to the Government, Khammam is not disposed of by 2nd respondent, and seeks a direction to 2nd respondent for disposal of the same.

Sri B. Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel counsel appearing for 2nd respondent, states that 2nd respondent will consider the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
