This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the non-disposal of the O.P.No.216 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Additional Family Court, CCC, Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner filed O.PNo.216 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Additional Family Court, CCC, Hyderabad against the respondent under Sections 7 to 10 of the Guardians and Wards Act.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter is coming up for respondent side evidence. The only relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to dispose of the O.P.216 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the Additional Family Court, CCC, Hyderabad to dispose of the O.P.No.216 of 2013 pending on its file as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
