This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus to declare the action of third respondent in registered the Crime No.32 of 2017 against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Section 354 IPC and 3(1)(w)(i), 3(1)(w)(ii) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
