Sri Kowturu Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail other remedies. Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available in law, but however, subject to limitation. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
