This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the third respondent in issuing the proceedings bearing Rc.No.A/2054/2012, dated 08.11.2012, and in view of the long lapse of time, proceedings are abated.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
