THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 20126 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner challenges the action of respondent authorities in not acting on her representation for allotment of plot admeasuring 500 sq.yards.

Considering the nature of grievance of the petitioner, the fourth respondent - Tahsildar, Ameenpur Mandal, Sangareddy District, is directed to consider the representations stated to have been submitted by her on 15.04.2016 and 11.05.2016 and take a decision thereon in accordance with law and communicate the same to her. This entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
