HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2110 of 2014 O R D E R :

The contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders dated 31.10.2014 passed by this Court in WP.No.9409 of 2014, wherein this Court directed the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 21.03.2014 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Now the respondent filed counter stating that in pursuance to the orders dated 31.10.2014, passed by this Court, proceedings dated 03.11.2015 were issued, considering the representation of the petitioner.

Heard both sides.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, I do not see any violation of the orders dated 31.10.2014 passed by this Court, since the respondent has stated that they have considered the representation of the petitioner and passed orders. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 03.11.2014, as per law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the Contempt Case, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 22.01.2016 t k.
