O R D E R

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in FIR/Crime No.105/2014 on the file of two Town Police Station, Mahaboobnagar, registered against the petitioner, who is A-4, for the offences punishable under Sections 420 read with 34 IPC. Heard the counsel for the petitioners/accused and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the State. Both the counsel submitted that in respect of very same crime, accused 1 to 3 have already filed Crl.P.No.7494 of 2016 and this court by order dated 6.6.2016 disposed of the petition with the following direction: "4. As per the complaint, there are certain allegations against the petitioners. Truth or otherwise of the allegations in the complaint can be ascertained by the investigating agency during the course of investigation.

Therefore, this court is of the considered view that this is not a fit case to quash the impugned proceedings. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the police concerned are directed to proceed with the investigation without arresting the petitioners/A-1 to A-3. The petitioners/A1 to A-3 are directed to appear before the investigating agency as and when required and co-operate with the investigating agency." In view of the above order, the present criminal petition is also disposed of directing the investigating agency to proceed with the investigation, however, without arresting the petitioner/accused No.4. The petitioner/accused No.4 is directed to appear before the investigating agency as and when required and co-operate with the investigating agency.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
