Learned counsel for the revision petitioner filed a letter before the Registry stating that in view of the changed circumstances, the petitioner intends to withdraw the revision.

Hence, the matter came up today under the caption " For Withdrawal'.

In view of the contents of the letter, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
