THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1299 of 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 23.11.2016 in I.A.No.591 of 2016 in O.S.No.168 of 2008 on the file of the First Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to her under law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
