Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of Divisional Engineer, Operations Division, Nagarkurnool, dated 22.07.2019, where under the request of petitioner to assign the seniority w.e.f. 13.01.1992 and to release consequential benefits, was rejected. Against this order, remedy of appeal is available, whereas this Writ Petition is directly instituted.

Having regard to the remedy of appeal, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to avail the remedy of appeal. 3.

Granting such liberty, Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
