This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the revision petitioner/ wife aggrieved by the order, dated 14.08.2019, passed in I.A.No.149 of 2019 in F.C.O.P.No.1927 of 2017 by the XV Additional District and Sessions Judge - cum - XV Metropolitan Sessions Judge - cum - II Additional Family Judge, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District, wherein the Court below has dismissed the subject Interlocutory Application for non compliance of directions. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for both sides. Perused the record. 3 .

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the subject F.C.O.P.No.1927 of 2017 was decreed on 03.12.2019 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
