This petition is filed to modify the order passed in W.P.No.19645 of 2024, dated 23.07.2024 to furnish the bank guarantee in place of immovable property security to release rice seized in FIR No.79 of 2024 on the file of the Chiragpalli, Sangareddy District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner is the resident of State of Andhra Pradesh, he is unable to register the documents as per Memo No.CSA/85/2024, dated 31.08.2024 issued by the District Civil Supply Officer, Sanga Reddy District.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons stated in the accompanied affidavit, the I.A. is allowed by modifying the orders passed in W.P.No.19645 of 2024, dated 23.07.2024 and permitting the petitioner to furnish the bank guarantee in place of immovable property security to release rice seized in FIR No.79 of 2024 on the

file of Chiragpalli Police Station, Sangareddy District and the other direction of the order dated 23.07.2024 remains unchanged.
