The Court made the following:

ORDER:

Learned Government Pleader produced a letter addressed by the Tahsildar, Dharur Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, dated 19.11.2015, which discloses that the decreetal amount in O.P.No.76 of 1987 was deposited vide Banker Cheque No.514942, dated 25.08.2015, in the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gadwal.

2. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. It is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps for release of the amount. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
