Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Though notices have been served on the respondents on 2.11.2019 and 03.12.2019, none appears on their behalf. As can be seen from the writ affidavit, the grievance of the petitioners is about non-consideration of their representation dated 23.08.2019 by respondent No.1-CAN FIN Homes Limited (Sponsor Canara Bank), Authorised Officer, Hyderabad.

Considering the nature of relief sought, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 23.08.2019 submitted by the petitioners and take necessary steps, in accordance with law.
