In spite of the matter being posted under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard learned Government Pleader for Revenue. The present writ petition is filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 in considering the applications of the petitioner dated 22.08.2011 and 02.11.2011, for implementation of the name of the petitioner in revenue
records in respect of Sy.No.1309 to an extent of 133.33 Sq.yds and Sy.No.1536 to an extent of 203.68 Sq.yds situated at Koratla Village and Mandal, Karimnagar District, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to implement the name of the petitioner in concerned revenue records in pursuance of mutation Proceedings file No.B/552/2005 dated 20.03.2006 in respect of Sy.No.1309 to an extent of 133.33 Sq.yds and Sy.No.1536 to an extent of 203.68 Sq.yds situated at Koratla Village, Karimnagar District. The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the respondents have already considered the representations made by the petitioner and the name of the petitioner was entered in the revenue records. In view of the submission made by the Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication and the same is accordingly closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
