The petitioner, in the instant Habeas Corpus petition, seeks production of one Mir Shaker Ali, who, according to her, has been illegally detained by the respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that Mir Shaker Ali has been arrested on 30-10-2015 in connection with Crime No.276 of 2014 registered at Chandrayanagutta Police Station, Hyderabad and presently he is in judicial custody. He denies that Mir Shaker Ali was arrested on 15-10-2015, as alleged.

In view of the statement made by learned Assistant Government Pleader, nothing survives in the instant Habeas Corpus petition. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. This shall not preclude the petitioner from taking appropriate remedy for redressal of her grievance, if any.
