This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.363 of of Medipally Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 506 IPC.
