This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.39 of 2021 of Kothakota Police Station, Wanaparthy District, registered under'girl missing'. 2.

Heard both sides, Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused would submit that the petitioner/accused was arrested in connection with the subject crime and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.
