THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.17374 of 2014 in Crl.P.No.16203 of 2014 and Crl.P.No.16203 of 2014 Common Order:
The defacto complainant and her counsel Sri Mohd.Abdul Quddus are present. Accused and his counsel Sri T.Pradyumna Kumar Reddy are present. Heard both sides and perused the petition.
The Police of Moghalpura P.S laid charge sheet against the accused in Crime No.146 of 2013 for the offences under Section 420, 468, 471 IPC and Section 24 of Emigration Act, 1983 and the learned VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad took cognizance of the same and registered in C.C.No.565 of 2014.
While-so, the submission of both parties is that they have amicably settled the disputes among themselves and entered into a compromise and no victim is involved in this case and charge sheet has not disclosed any specific victim and therefore, permission may be accorded and compromise may be recorded.
Having regard to the above submission and following the decision reported in Gian Singh v. State of Punjab and another[1], permission is accorded and this
Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and compromise is recorded and consequently the proceedings in C.C.No.565 of 2014 on the file of VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad are hereby quashed.
In the result, both the petitions are accordingly disposed of.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
