THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.4837 of 2016 ORDER:

Smt. Kongara Vijaya Lakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 28.03.2016 to the Registry stating that her client instructed her to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if necessary.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.

Interim order dated 15.02.2016 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
