Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not taking any action on the representation dated 26.07.2011 made by the petitioner seeking resumption of the assigned land admeasuring Acs.250.00cents comprised in R.S.No.702 to 821 situated at Ilaparru Village, Nandivada Mandal, Krishna District, as illegal and arbitrary.

No counter affidavit is filed by the respondents. Though various grounds are raised in the Writ Petition, the only grievance urged by the learned counsel for the petitioners is that his representation dated 26.07.2011 made to the respondents is not considered till date. Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 26.07.2011 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, if the same is still pending consideration. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
