THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.8226 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to declare the action of the 4th respondent in not allowing the petitioner to join in duties at Rathana-4, Pathikonda Mandal, Kurnool District even without there being any reasonable cause or without any notice, influenced by extraneous considerations, nonconsideration of the petitioner representation dated 25.02.2016 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Article 14, 19(1)(g) and Article 300 of Constitution of India apart from violative of well settled principles of natural justice and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. Heard Sri Godey Satish, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare Department.

3. When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 25.02.2016 to the 2nd and 3rd respondent herein and the same may be directed to disposed of, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by the other side.

4. For the aforesaid reasons, Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 25.02.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with

law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 15.03.2016 SS
