THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1941 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 24.08.2015 in Cr.M.P.No.449 of 2015 in Crime No.159 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Peddapalli. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to file a similar type of petition before the trial Court at appropriate time.

Permission is granted.
