Sri S.Lakshmikanth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy.

2. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as sought for.

3. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
