HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.28169 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is preferred by the petitioner seeking to declare the inaction of R-4 in verifying the revenue record and title of the petitioner's father and mutate the name of the petitioner and her childrens in the revenue records and issue patta pass book as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government for the Revenue (TG) for the respondents Nos.1 to 4.

Learned AGP, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the application dated 25.02.2016 made by the petitioner, notices were issued to the contesting parties and the matter is taken up for trial.

Having regard to the submissions of the learned AGP, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Tahasildar, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to pass appropriate orders on the application made by the petitioner on 25.02.2016 as early as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
