In pursuance of the docket order of this Court dated 22.07.2016, in SAMP No.1997 of 2015, the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Guntur, after following the due procedure, has recorded the compromise and the same was sent to this Court. In view of the above, SA MP No.1997 of 2015 is allowed and accordingly, the second appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise.

Registry is directed to annex the copy of the compromise memo to this Judgment.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this second appeal shall stand closed.
